Bob was great to visit with. Always the gracious gentleman! While in LTC my dad and I would wheel on over to the lounge and talk flying with Bob. We would discuss the pleasures and challenges of flying piper cubs, aeronca champions and of course, the Cessna. The men could still argue the merits of a high wing plane over and low wing, skis and floats and all the fun they had while in the sky!
