Francis was born Monday, August 23, 1943 to Harold and Edith Websdale in Elk Point, Alberta.
He grew up as "Frank" to his closest friends and family. At 74 years of age, he passed away in Wainwright, Alberta on Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
A Private Family Interment will be taking place at Stettler Cemetery this summer.
