Obituary of Darren Alan Hansen

On Monday, May 23, 1960 Darren Alan Bruce Hansen was born to Clifford and Edna Hansen in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Darren was born the third child and spent his first years with his two older brothers and one younger sister. After the onset of cerebral palsy Darren would spend the remainder of his formative years living at the Mitchner Centre, Red Deer. When Darren was approximately 39 years of age he came to live at a group home in Wainwright. Darren was a part of community where he made many friends and took part in many activities. After 18 years here, he will certainly be missed by those who knew him. On Sunday, April 22, 2018 Mr. Darren Hansen passed away at the Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 57 years. A Graveside Service will take place Wednesday, May 9, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at Wainwright Cemetery.
