Hello. Uncle Bill, I remember you from my childhood. You were so fun, with your Australian Slouch hat cocked to one side. Always a smile and a little joke or two. You were so kind. I wish I could have gotten to know you better, but the whirlwind called life catches ahold and spreads us out over the land. I am so glad you lived a long and happy life. You definitely deserved it. Rest in peace, until we meet again!

What history and good times we’ve had together throughout the years! We can only ‘weep with those who weep’ and our hearts go out to you all. Bill was always like a grandpa to me. She treated our family like his own. I remember how much he loved homemade bread. I took him over a loaf one afternoon and he was so impressed that I used molasses in it. He said it was one of the best loaves he had had. He knew how to make you feel special, even over little things. I can't wait to see you again grandpa Bill. Much love and hugs to his family and friends.

Many very fine times were spent with William, made several enjoyable trips, N shared meals & memories together. He was a very special person in our lives, will be greatly missed. Our sadness is lightened by the knowledge that we will see him again. We have deepest sympathy for Bills family.

My favorite memory of Bill was when he moved out to the acreage with Gerry and Todd. He wanted trees so he asked about the little self seeded evergreen trees North of my house. I told him to take all he wanted. They were so little when he dug them. Now when I drive by that acreage I take note of how much they have grown and always remember Bill planted those trees. He will be missed but not forgotten. Beverly Trahan
