Obituary of Hendrika "Rita" Middelhoek
On Sunday, April 21, 2019 Mrs. Hendrika "Rita" Middelhoek passed away peacefully at Wainwright Long Term Care, Wainwright, Alberta at the age of 95 years.
Rita is survived by her loving family; five children, Jan Middelhoek, Henry Middelhoek, Hennie (Ernie) Boizard, Liz (Doug) Frederick, and Denise (Dale Chabaniuk) Ralph; ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
She is predeceased by her husband, Arie Middelhoek and grandson, Steven.
In keeping with Rita's wishes, no formal services will be held.
