Obituary of Leonard Newman

On Saturday, April 25, 2020 Mr. Leonard Newman Sr. passed away at the Wainwright Long Term Care at the age of 76 years. Len is survived by his loving wife Nona; children, Terry Newman, Glen (Peggy) Newman, Leonard (Lori) Newman, Bruce (Rochelle) Newman, Brian (Sherry) Newman, Larry (Melissa) Newman, Lisa (Thierry) Gill; twenty-two grandchildren; three great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son, George Oliver Newman. A private family funeral service for Leonard will be conducted on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at 2:30 PM from the Chauvin Gospel Centre, Chauvin, Alberta. Family and friends wishing to join the family are encouraged to do so via a webcast link which will be made available soon. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Chauvin Gospel Centre or to the Wainwright Food Bank.
