Obituary of Donald "Donny" Wahlstrom

On Saturday, May 9, 2020 Mr. Donald Wahlstrom of Czar, Alberta passed away at the Provost Health Centre at the age of 88 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Dee; four children, Robert (Linda) Wahlstrom of Hughenden, Alberta; Wayne (Connie) Wahlstrom of Czar, Barry (Theresa) Wahlstrom of Czar, Laurie (Blaine) Hollar of Kinsella, Alberta; eleven grandchildren, Blaire (Meagan) Miller, Devan Miller, Shelby Miller, Jessica Wahlstrom, Nicole Wahlstrom, Hayley Wahlstrom, Brayden Wahlstrom, Emily (Jacob) Hamilton, Evan Wahlstrom, Barrett Hollar, Kane Hollar; two great grandchildren, Marek and Oaklyn Miller; one brother, Walter (Marie) Wahlstrom of Wainwright, Alberta; four sisters-in-law, Gwen Wahlstrom, Mary Wahlstrom, Sharon King, Judy Reid. He was predeceased by two grandsons, Kade Hollar and Cort Wahlstrom. A private family funeral service for Donny will be conducted on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM from Creech’s Funeral Chapel, Wainwright. Family and friends are invited to join in the service via the webcast link below Donny’s photo or under the photos and video tab above. Interment will follow in the Czar Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright Health Foundation CT Scanner Project.
