Obituary of Harry Cameron Long

On Monday, July 11, 2016, Mr. Harry Long passed away peacefully at Points West Living at the age of 96 years. Harry is survived by his two sons; Randy (Margo) Long of Irma, Bryce (Linda) Long of Wainwright, one daughter; Diana Long of Irma, four grandchildren; Niki (Lee), Darcie (Eric), Travis (Jodi) and Aaron (Cheryl); six great grandchildren; Maddie, Bailey, Erin, Kane, Eve, Beck and Amy; two brothers-in-law; Murray Wilde of Edmonton and Jack Schmidt of Taber, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. He is predeceased by his wife Bernie; son, Barry; daughter-in-law Debra; his parents, Bessie and Arthur Long; two sisters; Nora Schmidt and Marion Allred. A funeral service for the late Mr. Harry Long, will be conducted on Friday, July 15, 2016 from the Irma United Church, Irma, Alberta at 2:00 p.m. If so desired, any memorial contributions may be made to the Irma Cemetery fund, Points West Living Residents Fund or to the charity of the donor's choice.
