Obituary of Charlene Ruth Turnbull

On Friday, June 5, 2020 Mrs. Charlene Turnbull of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright General Hospital at the age of 55 years. Charlene leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Vern of Wainwright; two loving daughters, Erin (Mark) Redekopp of Winkler, Manitoba, Heidi (Ben) Senft of Grande Prairie, Alberta; Charlene was also very excited to welcome the unborn child of Erin and Mark. She is also survived by her brothers, Doug (Darlene) Lindskoog of Wainwright, Brian (Carol) Lindskoog of Stony Plain, Alberta, Allan Lindskoof of Victoria, British Columbia; her brother-in-law, George Turnbull of Edmonton, Alberta; as well as her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents. Lawrence and Dagny Lindskoog; her father-in-law and mother-in-law Sid and Jean Turnbull. A private family interment service will take place at the Wainwright Cemetery on Friday, June 12, 2020. Following the interment an invitational funeral service will take place at the Wainwright Evangelical Free Church. Family and friends wishing to participate can do so on Friday at 1:00 PM via the webcast link which will be provided under Charlene’s picture or under the photos and video tab above. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta or to the Gideon’s.
