Moments spent with Luigi ( Neylor Vianna) was like opening a present. Everytime we met - whether with friends or just our selves - I found myself unwrapping a day full of sunshine. Over the years of friendship we noticed we crossed paths yet never met. Then right when we needed it the most we met. We both noticed and he even commented it one time how we would he going thru bad patches by end of the day when we had to part, we walked away with laughter and hope. Hope full of joy . Joy filled our hearts for a greater tomorrow. At times we would get upset with eachother for making choices which hurt not only our hearts but our loved ones as well. My heart was full of joy knowing I had a friend full of patience and understanding. His face always lit up when he would recall moments he had with his family. One recent story that he talked with such passion. The glow that shown making his eues look like he was actually transcending thru time. A past of planting with his grandfather was told with such excitement and love. He was jumping in his seat telling how he couldn't wait for the rain to start. This moment and many others that we shared will forever be locked and held forever dear to my heart. I thank the Lord for gradually bringing our paths together when he did. For lending me this well respected man. A loving man. An angel. He taught me humility patience and kindness. One day I hope to be at least 1/5 of what Luigi was. I loved him with all my heart.

Neylor, you will be remembered in our hearts always
You were such a loving father, uncle, and brother to me. We are left with so many wonderful memories of our family gatherings, adventures like fishing, camping, The Ex, Ontario Place and so many more. You were the best at a barbecue. We would eat for hours.
I will be forever grateful for your support when my kids and I had to deal with a life changing event.
Because of who we all knew you to be we had always held on to the hope of you getting healthy and one day see you be a father again. You were deserving of that; you were such a good dad. Your Kids deserved that. Now we are struck with the reality that your kids will never hold you again or celebrate life events with you. We are saddened that your health got the best of you.
The What If’s will be with us every time we think of you. What if, you were brave enough to ask for help and tell us the truth. What if, I was a better friend/sister and not a coward and went to see you.
I know for sure:
You are in heaven and you are not hurting anymore.
Your beautiful smile and accent will be remembered fondly.
We are grateful for having had a chance to share time with you and have you in our lives.
We will treasure your greatest gift Kevin and Kayla.
RIP
Love always,
Bell

Luigi was one of those people who changed the lives of all those he encountered. Despite the difficulty of the path he chose or the challenges life put in front of him he always had a smile on his face and he met every one head on with enthusiasm like no one else I’d ever seen. Luigi lived for the challenge and no matter what happened he was prepared for it. Luigi was a brother to me and he saved me from a particularly dark and difficult time in my life. I will always remember his light and how he always managed to find the bright side of any situation no matter how bad it was. Luigi refused to let the darkness of this world win and he truly made a difference in his battle against it. Someone important to me once said the true measure of a mans wealth when he passes away isn’t in the material things or money he has accumulated but in the memories he has made and the lives he has touched making them. Luigi died a very wealthy man as he helped so many people. He will be sorely missed.
