Obituary of Walter Clifford Wahlstrom

On Sunday, October 11, 2020 Mr. Walter Wahlstrom of Czar, Alberta passed away at Points West Living, Wainwright at the age of 96 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Marie; two children, Jim (Judy) Wahlstrom of Olds, Alberta, Debbie Nielsen of Cochrane, Alberta; five grandchildren, Dustin (Courtney) Wahlstrom, Jennifer (Julian) Langley, Sheldon (Christina) Wahlstrom, Naomi (Jason) Weber, Julie Nielsen; five great grandchildren, Luke Langley, Becky Langley, Amy Langley, Katie Weber, Davis Weber; sisters-in-law, Mary Wahlstrom, Gwen Wahlstrom, Dee Wahlstrom, Anna Kellow, Evelyn Kurz; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Erick and Hilda Wahlstrom; as well as ten siblings and three step siblings. A private family service for Walter will be conducted on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 11:00 AM from Creech’s Funeral Home, Wainwright. Interment will follow in the Czar Cemetery.
