I always smile when I think of Mrs Bond. Her and Raymond lived in our yard for years when I was growing up. She was always so welcoming! “Come in , Come in, its so good to see you!” she’d say. She always made you feel so special! But she was the special one. She was so interested in everything you were doing. I was just going to call her too. She was very proud of her family, loved to talk about them all and show pictures. I am truly blessed that she was a part of my life. My heartfelt condolences to all of her family.

Awe, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs.Bond. I have many memories of her when I was small. I often would sneak over to her house for a cup of tea. To this day my favourite way to have tea is with a little canned milk in it. She taught me that 40+ years ago. Cherish her memory! Take care Tracy Patterson (Heraid)

Aunt Jean was a hugh part of my growing up years. I spent numerous summers with my uncle and aunt on the farm in Providence Bay. She was a great lady and I was treated as one of her kids. She will be greatly missed by her Manitoulin Island family. Rest in peace Aunt Jean.

To the Bond family, my deepest sympathy to you all she will be missed.She was always making sure nobody went hungry by making many meals for her family & friends.Our family enjoyed her meals as well.Cherise those times as a family.Her & I had many cups of tea together trying to solve world problems but never did.Keep the many memories you have of her close to the heart & may they comfort you, shes safe in the arms of God now.Joan
