Carol was a wonderful person who I thought about a lot over the years. She was a true mentor to me and gave me the best guidance through my many years as her coworker at social services in Lloydminster, sask. I just heard about her passing and I am very sadden by this news. My deepest sympathies and condolences to her family. I know she will be missed by many. We respected and loved her lots at work.

I met Carol on a walk one day (as she was always a dedicated walker here in WW.) We chatted often as running into each other became a regular occurrence while on maternity leave. I loved listening to her stories of jobs she had in prior years, talking about the weather (warm only though!) She thought the world of Ellie (as did I and my dog Sash.) I did not expect to see this this morning but today when I am out for my walk I will do it for you Carol. May you feel nothing but warmth in the skies above.

I am so saddened to hear of Carol’s passing. We worked together for many years in Lloydminster .She was a very caring and loving woman and a great social worker. She also had a neat sense of humor and I smile when I think of the times we all shared such great laughter.
