Obituary of Jens Jensen

On Saturday, May 29, 2021, Mr. Jens Jensen of Wainwright, passed away peacefully at the Wainwright Health Centre, at the age of 95 years. Jens is survived by his long time companion, Pat Humphreys of Wainwright; Pat’s children, Albert (Veronica) Humphreys of Valleyview, AB, Stuart (Janet Parsons) Humphreys of Wainwright, Valerie (Kim) Tondu of Wainwright, Nadine (Anders) Udsen of Kamloops, BC, and Barr (Charlotte) Humphreys of Wainwright; grandchildren, Dustin Tondu, Jackie (Justin) Gross, Delorie Humphreys, Robert (Charity) Humphreys, Ryan (Janessa) Humphreys, Kyle Humphreys, Nathan Humphreys, Devin (Ainslie) Udsen, Aaron (Raelynn) Humphreys and Keith (Melanie) Humphreys; ten great- grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Karl & Christine Jensen; siblings, Greta, Arnie, Aage, and Elena. A private family graveside service will be held Friday, June 4, 2021, at Wainwright Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. with Reverend Bill Foged officiating. If so desired, the family suggests and memorial contributions be made to the WDCHF CT Scanner Project or to a charity of choice.
