Obituary of Leonard Lloyd DeBord

On Thursday, September 2, 2021, Mr. Leonard DeBord, of Wainwright, Alberta (formerly of Amisk, Alberta) passed away peacefully at Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 92 years. Leonard is survived by his wife, Audrey of 68 years; his children; Della (Doug) Herron, Adrianne (Jones) Nogier, Dean Jones, Vicky (Jones) Forsberg; Leslie Lambert and her children, Cynthia, Chris, & Alexis; Teresa Anderson and her children, Jenna-Lynn & Dylan; John (Jacquie) Debord and their children, Jeremy, Jessica, & Nicole; and Bruce DeBord and his son Kolton; nine great grandchildren; sisters in-law, Joyce and Esther. He is predeceased by his parents; Almeda & Lloyd DeBord; and siblings, Earl, Lillus, Gordon, and Vern Leroy. A celebration of life will be held at the Rosyth Community Hall, Rosyth, Alberta on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM. If so desired, the family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the Alberta Cancer Society or the charity of choice.
