Obituary of Nina "Bunty" Leskow

On Friday, December 24, 2021 Mrs. Nina “Bunty” Leskow of Edgerton, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital at the age of 89 years. She is survived by her loving family; four children, Donna (Martin) Wilkinson, Deanna (Tom) Jackson, Wayne (Deb) Leskow, Jackie (Allen) Chesterman all of Edgerton, Alberta; twelve grandchildren, Kelly (Katrina), Mark (Heather), Kim (Chris), Aaron, Krystal (Keray), Kyla (Andrew), Kendall, Cody (Kristine), Jeff (Mandy), Blake (Ashley), Tennille (Shawn), Blair (Janessa); eighteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Fred; parents, Dudley and Eunice Sawyer; sister, Aletha Wuttunee. A funeral service for Bunty will be conducted on Monday, January 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM from the Edgerton Agricultural Hall. Restrictions Exemption Program will be utilized for this service. All those in attendance must have proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test within the last 72 hours in order to attend. There will be no exceptions. Interment will take place in the Edgerton Cemetery in July 0f 2022. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Edgerton or to the charity of the donors choice.
