Obituary of Margaret "Joyce" Taber

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother Margaret Joyce Taber on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. She was predeceased by two children, Robert Charles and Brenda Lee, also her loving husband, Dean Taber in 2012. She leaves to mourn her five children, Roberta (Mark), Richard (Margaret), Glenda (Darrel), Louise and Gary, fifteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren. Joyce loved gardening, picking berries to make jams and jellies. She loved to go for drives in the country to look for wildlife with Dad. She bowled once a week for many years and enjoyed it so much. She loved family get togethers and spending time with everyone. She will be greatly missed. A private family funeral service for Joyce will be conducted on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 12 Noon from Creech’s Funeral Home, Wainwright. Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or to the Alzheimer’s Society.
