Uncle Henry was such a nice man, I can’t even imagine him without a smile on his face. I was very lucky to spend many holidays in Wainwright with him, Auntie Luella and my cousins. One consolation is knowing that “Hank and Lu” are together again. Hugs to all of you in this difficult time.

Uncle Henry and Auntie Luella were both such blessings as Godparents, always kind and thoughtful towards me, and the milestones I had through the years. As a young girl, I’ll always remember fondly how, on visits, Uncle Henry loved to pull out the guitar and sing for us kids. I’m sure he helped to inspire my own musical interests. Then as I became and adult, with my own family, Christmas cards were always exchanged, and baby gifts received. My last exchange of cards was with Uncle Henry this past Christmas. A small gesture, that was so meaningful to me, as I’m sure it wasn’t easy for him without his beloved Luella. He is now an example of perseverance, and fortitude for me, and above all, a man of faith. He can now rejoice in the words “ I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” (Timothy 4:7). I look forward to seeing you again, my Godfather!
And to all the family, you have our deepest sympathies.
Love, Monique and David St. Pierre and Family

Mr Becher was a very kind man. As my principal in the school he taught several classes. His elegance and standards always made me want to do better. I remember when he gave me extra handwriting lessons as my writing was atrocious. Lol. But he had my best interests at heart. I remember that. I have many fond memories of Mr Becher. And later as a neighbor to my parents, still a very kind person. My Sincerest condolences to the family. May he rest in peace.

I will never forget how Mr Becher was principal of Blessed Sacrament School. And when he was around and all the kids went silent and on their best behavior. He was there the whole time I went to school, yeah I was sent to his office a couple times. But I learned my lesson , and fast. His words of encouragement were golden to me and I kept those words through out my life and raised my children with them, and they have amazing careers now. Thank you Mr Becher, and my heart felt condolences to the Becher family for your loss...

Mr Henry Becher was Rogers principal when he went to school and then a friend once he graduated. My boys Rene and Patrick were fortunate to know him through the Knights of Columbus and I got to know him from my kids as they went to school and through church and in the last bit at my job. He was a true gentleman and he always spoke lovingly of his family of many I am fortunate to also know. We are holding you all in our prayers and know that he and Luella are together once again. To all the Becher family, I grew up knowing your parents when they lived in the holdings some of you were there too. Your Dad was a Dad I read about in books. Always there, supportive, and so very loving. His family was his reason for existence and I know you will miss him dearly. Keep your memories close to your heart and he will be with you always❤️
