Obituary of Gloria Olive May Lock

Gloria was born in Toronto, York County, Ontario on October 24, 1928 to George and Eunice Hawker and passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital on October 28, 2022, four days after her 94th birthday. Gloria will be forever loved and remembered by her daughter, Sandra (Floyd) Ott of Wainwright, Alberta; step daughter, Marlene Gladney of Barrie, Ontario; daughter-in-law, Jeannie Britton of White Rock British Columbia; grandchildren, Deborah (Darren) Petersen, Kalvin Ott, Trevor (Denise) Ott, Lee Britton, Ashley (Hayden) Thomson; step-grandson, Steven (Tina) Gladney; great grandchildren, Gavin Petersen, Thalia Petersen, Georgia Ott, Xavier Thomson, Hazel Thomson; step great grandchildren, Connor Gladney, Tony Gladney; one brother, David (Leona) Hawker of Kelowna, British Columbia. Gloria was predeceased by her husband, Ken Lock in 2018; brother, Clifford (Helen) Hawker; her son, Allen (Jeannie) Britton; step son-in-law, Don Gladney; her parents, George & Eunice Hawker. Formal services for Gloria will take place at a later date in Ontario Canada. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright Auxiliary Patient Comfort Fund.
