Obituary of Frank William Schleppe

On Sunday, November 6, 2022, Frank William Schleppe passed away at the Wainwright Health Centre with family by his side, at the age of 88 years old. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Adeline, his son Brent and Sylvie (wife) and Kala (grand daughter) of Thunder Lake, Alberta. His daughter Shona Schleppe and John Riess (husband) of Okanagan Falls, British Columbia. His sisters, Donna Galon of Grande Prairie, Alberta and Shirley Postalwaite of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. His extended families, the Humphreys and the Bowtells as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Michael Schleppe and Magdelena Selzer. His brothers Carl, Lenard, Tony, Jack and sisters Mary, Agnes, Florence, Eva, Alnora, and Edith. A funeral service for Mr. Frank Schleppe will be conducted Thursday, November 17, 2022, from Grace United Church, Wainwright, Alberta at 1:00 PM with Reverend Mokwadi Basele MPT officiating. Interment to follow in the Wainwright Cemetery. If so desired, the family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation or to Grace United Church, Wainwright.
