Gail, Shannon,Troy and families, I am truly sorry to hear of Richard’s passing. From my childhood when you guys lived down the street, to my days working with Richard at the base firehall, he was a pleasure to be around. He was one of my first crew mates at the firehall and him, along with some of the other guys, took me under their wings and showed me the ropes. Richard was never a big vocal person, but when he spoke you paid attention. I am very proud to have called him a friend and a colleague. Take Care. Brian and Pam Goodwin
