Obituary of Jeanne Cooper

On Sunday, December 25, 2022, Jeanne Cooper of Hughenden, Alberta passed away at her home at the age of 86 years. Jeanne is survived by her loving family; children, Wayne (Catherine) Cooper of Hughenden, Brian (Laurie) Cooper of Hughenden, Peggy Hackl of High River, Alberta; four grandchildren, Sarah Martin, Jessica (Lewis) Barnett, Susan Hackl, Vanessa Hackl; as well as five great grandchildren, Samara Martin, Hanna Barnett, Spencer Barnett, Jordan Frieson, Kaley Frieson; her brothers, Glen Lagore, Doug Lagore, and sister, Gail Ruddy; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Hugh Cooper; parents, Bob & Peggy Lagore; son, Barry; and brother Clayton. If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Hughenden United Church or Fire & Rescue. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 at the Hughenden Community Hall, Hughenden, Alberta at 2:00 PM.
