Obituary of Caroline Martina Adams

On Monday, January 9, 2023, Mrs. Caroline “Coya” Adams of Wainwright, Alberta, formerly long term resident and avid volunteer of Red Deer, Alberta, passed away at Wainwright Long Term Care at the age of 84 years. Caroline, known to her Red Deer community as Coya, had a loving and giving spirit; she enjoyed reading, and knitting but her devotion to God led her to be an inspiring and avid volunteer for various organizations throughout her community. Coya is survived by her loving family; her children, Diane (Brian) Bachelder of Wainwright, Darlene Adams of St. Albert, Alberta; her four grandchildren, Andrew (Kelly McEachern) Martin, Christopher Martin, Colin (Breanne) Bachelder, Amy (Carter) Bachelder; three great grandchildren, Kaidence, Caia, and Daisy; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, God-children, and dear friends. She is predeceased by her parents; Joseph & Katherine Mroz; brothers, Edward (Margie) Mroz, Ted Mroz; and sister Stella (John) Paruch. A private family funeral mass for the late Mrs. Coya Adams, will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023, from the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Wainwright, Alberta at 10 A.M. Interment to follow at the Wainwright Cemetery If so desired, the family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright Health Centre Patient Comfort Fund or to Furbabies Furever Homes Dog Rescue.
