Obituary of Garfield Ronald Zimmer

On Monday, February 27, 2023 Mr. Garfield Zimmer of Paradise Valley, Alberta passed away suddenly at his home at the age of 74 years.

Garfield is survived by his wife, Frances; three daughters, Lisa, Laura, Karen and their families. Step children, Kevin McQuinn of Paradise Valley, Andrew (Debra) McQuinn of Elk Point, Alberta and their two children, Colby McQuinn and Jessica McQuinn, Kimberly McQuinn of Elk Point and her five children, Tonia McQuinn, Corey (Kayden) Quinlan, Chantal Bye, Alyssa Duncan and Breanna (John-Robert Puech) Duncan, Chuck (Julie Legaspi) Bauer of Calgary, Alberta and their children, Ashley Bauer, Sierra Bauer, Layla Bauer, Drea Legaspi; six great grandchildren; siblings, Bernice (Edward) Zorn, Caroline Novakowski, Clifford Zimmer.  He was predeceased by a grandson, Nathanial McQuinn; sister, Clara Czarnecki, brother, Lloyd Zimmer.

A Funeral service for Garfield will be conducted on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 1:30 PM from Creech’s Funeral Chapel, Wainwright.  Cremation will take place following the funeral service.
