I remember when Ann first attended Wainwright School. The school bus for that area was a converted Van which had been an Air Force Ambulance in it's day. The students sat on a wooden bench which paralleled each side of the humpbacked panel, I don't remember Ann never being one of the students to exit that mode of transporation: stifling hot in summer: probably cold in winter and certainly, MOST uncomfortable to ride in for any number of miles!! I don't remember the year she first arrived: I do remember we were classmates through many years, the last class to graduate from the old RED BRICK High School, although our graduation ceremonies were in the new wing of the school under construction in 1957. She was quiet: very plesant. A good person to have shared a portion of one's life with - lots of school memories through many classes. (Looking at our graduation photo as I type.)
