Obituary of Vernon Albert McNalley

On Sunday, March 19, 2023 Mr. Vern McNalley of Wainwright, Alberta and formerly of Chauvin, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Hospital at the age of 83 years.

Vern is survived by his loving wife, Irene; three children, Darren (Shannon) McNalley and their children, Brooke and Landon of Chauvin, Alberta, Deborah (Mark) Schwengler and their children, Cole (Sophia), Cheyenne, Austin and Mikayla of Alder Flats, Alberta, Dean (Kerri) McNalley and their children, Fletcher and Stevie Jean of Bashaw, Alberta; sister, Marlene (Glen) Lagore of Edmonton, Alberta; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Brian (Kathryn) Watson of Vermilion, Alberta, Shirley Jones of Irma, Alberta, Marlene Lehmann of Melfort, Saskatchewan.  He was predeceased by his parents, Clarence and Audrey McNalley; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Lola Watson.

A Funeral service for Vern will be conducted on Monday, March 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM from the Grace United Church, Wainwright.  Interment will follow in the Chauvin Cemetery.  If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright & District Community Health Foundation, c/o Gayle Goebel, Wainwright Health Center, 530 6th Avenue, Wainwright, AB T9W 1R6
