Obituary of Norman Cooper

On Thursday, April 27, 2023 Mr. Norman Cooper of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at his home at Points West Living at the age of 81 years.

Norman is survived by his four children, Kevin (Darlene) Cooper of Wainwright, Kareen (Robert) Wallgren of Bonnyville, Alberta, Shaleen (Dean) Marshall of Edgerton, Alberta, Dean (Tracey) Cooper of Edmonton, Alberta; twelve grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; three sisters, Florence Haun of Wainwright, Wanda (Mel) Klymchuck of Camrose, Alberta, Norma (Ken) Leskow of Wainwright.  He was predeceased by his wife, Audrey.

A Private service for the immediate family will take place on Friday, May 5, 2023 at Creech’s Funeral Home.  This will be livestreamed to family and friends.  Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery.  Family and friends are invited to join the immediate family starting at 3:00 PM at the home of Kevin & Darlene, 1125-16 Street to celebrate Norman’s life.  If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Grace United Church, Wainwright or to STARS.
