Obituary of Rhoda Milton Desjardins

On Thursday, May 11, 2023 Mrs. Rhoda Milton Desjardins of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Health Centre at the age of 89 years.

Rhoda is survived by her loving children; Mary (Mel) Nelson, John (Viv) Milton, Robert (Donna) Milton, Shirley (Jim) Kelly, Bonnie (Kevin Ford) Milton, Barb (Don) Buck, Doreen (Larry) James; her grandchildren, Shannon (Sheldon) Archibald, Bobbe (Chris) Hassall, Jeanelle (Dave) Warner, Chantelle (Joel) Scott, Rachelle (Quinn) McBride, Michael (Kari Bergerud) Milton, Angelle (Colton) Ness, Alisha (Chris) Wood, Layne (Loni) Wakefield, Crystal (Kyle) Prosser, Tyler (Brie Glaicar) Kelly, Fallon (Marc) Stafford, Brennan (Danielle Bizon) Buck, Jessica (Brent) Gibson, Connor (Maddy Long) James, Carson (Taylor Laumbach) James as well as thirty great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Bell Headon; son, Larry Milton; Husbands, Bob Milton and Eugene Desjardins; brother, Bill Headon; sister, Dorthea Milton.

A Funeral service for Rhoda will be conducted on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM from the Grace United Church, Wainwright.  Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery.  If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Wainwright Cemetery Fund or to the Grace United Church
