Dear Dianne, Michael, Kelly, David and families:
What can I say about this wonderful man that has not already been said? I used to always tag along with my father to the vet clinic so met Keith many years ago. After taking my training to be an Animal Health Technician I would return as an employee. He was a mentor to me, as he was to many other young people starting out in our careers. I remember his gentle way both with staff and animals, his always calm presence even in the most stressful situations, his sense of humor, that mischievous smile when he was telling a joke or teasing staff, attempts to match us single girls with eligible farmers and his warm hospitality as clients were always invited up front for a coffee!! So sorry to not be able to be in attendance at his celebration of life. Deepest sympathy to you all. I know you have lost your best friend, Dianne. The world is a better place having his footprints on it!

Dear Diane and family. I am so sorrry to hear of Keith's passing and I reget I could not be at his memorial service.
It has been many years since I was a summer student at the vet clinic, but I still carry many special and happy memories of my time there working for, and learning from Dr. Leitch. He was the best role model.
I will always remember his gentle strength and sense of humour.
Deepest condolences, Deborah Sheffield

Some of my happiest memories are of working with Dr. Leitch at the vet clinic. He was one of the gentlest, sweetest men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He had the most wonderful little smile, and when you saw it, it usually meant he was about to pull your leg or kid you about something. May all your wonderful memories of him help you through this difficult time. My deepest heartfelt condolences to Dianne, Mike and all your family.

I am so saddened to hear of Keith's passing. My deepest sympathies go out to his family. He was the sweetest man and the best Vet Wainwright ever had. I remember when I was young and he would come out to our farm to check my dad's cows or other animals when needed. He was always there when a furbaby was ill. He will be missed. Hugs from Suzanne Rajotte Comeau.
