Obituary of Marilyn Alberta LaHaye

On Sunday, June 18, 2023 Mrs. Marilyn LaHaye of Wainwright passed away suddenly at her home at the age of 58 years.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, Shannon; three children, Cherlynn (Nick) Whalen of Wainwright, Mackenzie (Chelsey) LaHaye of Edmonton, Justin (Kyla) LaHaye of Wainwright; ten grandchildren, Taela, Skyla, Nathan, Natalia, Nixon, Makenna, Dayna, Hudson, Declan, Brinlee; her mother-in-law, Gail LaHaye of Edmonton; four sisters, Sharon (Don) Marchand, Caren (Rick) Peacock, Judy Boyd, Donna (Robert) Milton; brother-in-law, Troy (Ronda) LaHaye.  She was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Pauline Boyd; father-in-law, Richard LaHaye.

A funeral service for Marilyn will be conducted on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 1:00 PM from the Church of The Nazarene, Wainwright with Pastor Ryan Wood officiating.  Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery.  If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to STARS or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
