I will always remember Jack tutoring me through one of my first games of golf. We were at the Consort golf course during Family Camp. Jack was a patient and kind teacher with a gentle sense of humor. When I finally hit a decent shot off the tee, Jack was very complementary, then added with a little smirk, “Too bad it’s on the wrong fairway.” Jack was a gentle and lovely man. He will be missed. Uncle Jack was a warm, kind jolly fellow. I loved him. We always shared a good chuckle when we were together. He was thoughtful and considerate. Sending love to auntie Bev, Shauna, David, Darren, Nikol, Alix, Dominik, Jace, Axten and Lily, I have been blessed by his presence in my life. Rest in Peace.

Jack and Bev gave me a home when I needed to be in Calgary. Jack brought peace and joy to all around him. He was a gentle soul and cared about people. This also showed in his chosen profession. The Earth is a sadder place with him gone from us. My love to Bev and the family. Nancy Panting

I was sorry to hear about Jack's passing. I met Jack and Bev last summer at their home. I enjoyed a visit with the Cargill's and others that Jack had gathered for me. My mother had wonderful memories of Bev and Jack and other church friends on a cruise to Alaska that she shared with me. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Gwyneth Beer

We knew Jack for many years, as we grew up in Chauvin.. He was a wonderful friendly man and I am sure he will be missed by many. Sorry we couldn’t attend the funeral. Our sincere condolences to Bev and family.
