Obituary of Ruth Marie Leitheiser

On Tuesday, September 12, 2023 Mrs. Ruth Leitheiser of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at her home at Points West Living at the age of 87 Years.

Ruth is survived by her children, Laura (Tom) Wynnyk of Beaumont, Alberta, Jim (Michelle) Leitheiser of Wainwright; son-in-law, Wayne Boyd of Red Deer, Alberta; grandchildren, Dustin (Jacey) Wynnyk, Kyle (Whitney) Wynnyk, Cassidy Leitheiser, Whitney Leitheiser, Jared (Karmen) Boyd, Courtney (Dean) Jacobs; great grandchildren, Olivia, Austin, Wilder, Callahan, Breelyn; three sisters, Jean Mansfield, Faye Laumbach, Lois (Wayne) Andersen.  She was predeceased by her husband, Ed Leitheiser; daughter, Linda Boyd, brother, Donald Schlichting, sister, June Doolittle.

A Funeral Mass for Ruth will be conducted on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 1:00 PM from the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Wainwright.  Interment will follow in the Wainwright Cemetery.  If so desired the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donors choice.
