Obituary of Opal Marguerite Franklin

On Saturday, October 7, 2023 Mrs. Marguerite Franklin of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital at the age of 93 years.

She is survived by her three children, Jeff (Kathy) Franklin of Wainwright, Steve Franklin of Wainwright, Brenda (Lee) Martin of Provost, Alberta; grandchildren, Lindsey (Devon) Creasy and their children Layla and Hanna, Angela (Shawn) Waddell and their children Farah and Aubrey, Matt (Kim) Franklin and their children Roan and Bowie, Clay Martin, Dayle Martin, Dylan Martin; as well as one brother, Ralph Nelson of  Nanton, Alberta.  Marguerite was predeceased by her husband, Bert in 1993; two infant sons, Gerald and Lawrence; siblings, John Nelson, Isabelle Polinkas, Eileen Moncrieff, Dorothy Howe and Swede Nelson.
