Wally and family, We were shocked and saddened by the news of Louella’s passing. We always looked forward to our lunches whenever we were in Edmonton. Catching up on all the news, commiserating or congratulating each other on changes in our lives since we last got together, and enjoying a lot of laughter. We will miss Louella very much. We extend our deepest condolences to the Komadina family. Gord and Rine George

Wally, Mark, Catherine, Carey and families. We’ve been thinking of all of you a lot since Louella’s passing and haven’t sent our condolences as we’ve been having trouble finding the words we wanted to describe our feelings for Louella and all of you. She was a larger than life personality who left a positive mark on everyone whose lives she touched. We haven’t seen Louella or Wally for quite a few years however we hold dear the many times we spent with them and the fun we had together. Our hearts go out to all of you at her loss. Remember the many memories you have and be thankful she was such a force in your lives.

My deepest condolences to you all. I’m so sorry.
Louella left a lasting impression on my life. Always kind and caring, she was very observant and took note of any little detail. She remembered that I would eat the candies at her dinner table and before I flew back home she thoughtfully packed me a small ziploc bag of them.
She taught me to play card games, and knew how to make you laugh when you made silly mistakes in the game. She put it so eloquently so you wouldn’t feel bad and it was a lighthearted experience.
Louella had a positive look on life. She knew how to make you live in the moment and appreciate what was happening rather than worrying about what’s next. If Mason and I went on adventures she had to know every little detail! She was very invested in our lives, who we saw where we went, what we did, what we ate, down to the last detail. She really cared!
I’ll miss you very much Gramma Lou. Love you.

Wally Komadina -
It's a sad day when you lose a partner like you have had. All of the hundreds of Patricias who have known you and have cherished your character and service bring the same to how we felt about your wife and partner. Wendy and I both hope you have nothing but good memories of the many years, the ups and downs yes, but the moments to remember.
